📋 Description

• • The People Analytics & Workday Reporting Analyst is a key contributor within Ticketmaster’s global HR Shared Services team, supporting the delivery of high-quality people insights through accurate reporting, data analysis, and effective use of Workday and related HR tools.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining advanced Workday reports, extracting and validating HR data from multiple systems, producing regular people metrics dashboards, analyzing trends in workforce data, responding to ad-hoc requests, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• • The HR Shared Services team drives standardization and globalization of HR processes, enables HR and employees, and executes HR operational imperatives across Ticketmaster’s global operations.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in people analytics, Workday reporting, HR data strategy, and stakeholder partnership, contributing to data-driven decision-making in talent acquisition, retention, engagement, DEI, and workforce planning while advancing your technical and analytical skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
