  • • The People and Culture Partner II serves as a strategic advisor to client group leaders and P&C departmental leadership, driving consistent people strategy application across the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and West Africa regional hubs while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with labor laws.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing responsive support across all P&C disciplines—recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll, training & development, and HRIS systems—managing workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management cycles, leading process improvement initiatives, and supervising P&C Partner I, regional staff, and/or project-funded teams.
  • • The role involves providing capable leadership to cross-departmental initiatives, resolving complex P&C challenges with broad organizational impact, contributing to policy alignment and cultural outcomes, and independently coordinating and advising on strategic projects assigned by P&C leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  • • 8–12 years of progressive People & Culture or HR generalist experience in medium to large organizations, including 3–5 years in a consultative, client-facing role.
  • • Proven supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and lead HR professionals.
  • • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), and payroll systems.
  • • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required for effective communication across regional hubs.
  • • Prior experience working in international NGOs, multilateral organizations, or global development contexts is strongly preferred.

  • • Competitive base salary range of USD 110,000–130,000 annually for US-based hires, with international ranges adjusted by location.
