  • • In this pivotal role, you will join our ambitious and growing People & Culture team, reporting directly to the Director People & Culture. You will be instrumental in building and nurturing high-impact, patient-centric teams that are the bedrock of our success. This is a hybrid position, based at our vibrant Amsterdam HQ, offering the best of both worlds – strategic impact and hands-on execution.

You will collaborate closely with the Director People & Culture and your fellow PBP to refine and scale existing programs and processes. This includes taking ownership of the execution of performance management cycles, talent reviews, leadership development initiatives, and succession planning within your designated business areas, ensuring these programs are not just implemented but deeply embedded and effective within the teams you support.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve coaching and enabling our leaders. You will act as a confidential and insightful advisor, providing guidance on enhancing leadership effectiveness, fostering a culture of constructive feedback, and building high-impact, patient-centric teams that align with myTomorrow’s core values and culture. Your influence will help shape a positive and productive work environment.
  • • You will also lead in managing Team Member Relations and strengthening overall Team Effectiveness. This involves owning employee relations cases from initiation to resolution, including managing performance improvement plans, mediating conflicts, and overseeing exit processes with professionalism and care. Furthermore, you will facilitate team effectiveness workshops and provide ongoing support to managers in their efforts to drive team engagement and implement sustainable improvements that enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • • Success in this role means becoming a go-to resource for leaders, providing them with the insights and support they need to navigate complex people challenges. You will contribute to a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work, directly impacting our ability to achieve our patient-centric mission. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of myTomorrows by ensuring we have the right people, in the right roles, with the right support to drive our ambitious goals forward.
