📋 Description

• As a People Business Partner at Prezzee, you will partner with leaders across Australia, the UK, and the US to shape how the company operates, performs, and scales in a fast-moving, global digital gifting and payments business.
• You will drive improvements in performance, structure, and ways of working by identifying gaps, implementing solutions, and ensuring changes stick — without slowing down the pace of innovation.
• You will act as a true thought partner to senior leaders, influencing decisions and outcomes through direct, constructive challenge and strategic guidance.
• You will manage complex employee relations and high-stakes people matters end to end, using sound judgment and confidence to navigate sensitive issues.
• You will operate across diverse team structures and employment models, balancing consistency with local effectiveness in a global, tech-driven environment.
• You will use data, instinct, and commercial insight to focus efforts where they create the most impact, turning analysis into action.
• You will coach leaders to lead more effectively, set higher standards, and hold teams accountable for performance and behavior.
• You will thrive in ambiguity, take ownership of outcomes, and continuously improve systems and processes rather than simply maintaining them.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior People/HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, scaling environment (tech, digital, or similar)
• Experience working across global or multi-layered workforce environments (e.g., distributed teams, different employment models, or partner/vendor setups)
• Strong commercial instincts — understanding how people decisions impact business outcomes
• Comfortable working in ambiguity — able to operate effectively without everything being mapped out
• Confidence to challenge senior leaders and push for better outcomes through direct, constructive dialogue
• Deep experience managing complex employee relations and high-stakes situations with sound judgment
• A builder mindset — focused on improving systems, not just maintaining them
• High ownership — taking initiatives through to completion, not just offering recommendations
