  • • Serve as the founding People Business Partner for EMEA, shaping the people strategy, systems, and culture that will define Harvey’s growth in the region.
  • • Build scalable people programs for performance management, employee development, and career progression tailored to EMEA’s needs while aligning with global frameworks from the US team.
  • • Partner directly with senior GTM and business leaders to provide strategic people advice, enabling them to scale effectively, lead with clarity, and foster high-performing teams.
  • • Coach and develop managers at all levels—from first-time leaders to experienced operators—on building trust, accountability, and psychological safety within their teams.
  • • Anticipate talent needs and proactively surface insights to drive engagement, retention, and performance across EMEA teams.
  • • Design and implement org design initiatives that support business objectives, ensuring clarity in roles, reporting structures, and decision-making processes.
  • • Manage sensitive employee relations matters with discretion, ensuring compliance with UK and EU employment law and maintaining a culture of fairness and respect.
  • • Lead initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, ensuring alignment with Harvey’s mission of transforming professional services through AI and high-integrity collaboration.
  • • Work closely with HR and talent acquisition teams to ensure hiring practices reflect Harvey’s standards and support rapid, thoughtful scaling.
  • • Maintain a hands-on, operational presence by working from the London office at least three days per week to stay embedded in team dynamics and business priorities.
  • • Translate data and qualitative feedback into actionable people strategies that connect directly to business outcomes and leadership effectiveness.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, balancing empathy with business rigor to navigate ambiguity and drive change in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
  • • Contribute to the evolution of Harvey’s global people practices by adapting proven models while innovating region-specific solutions that reflect EMEA’s unique context.
  • • Ensure all people initiatives are executed with precision, urgency, and a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and legal compliance across the UK and EU.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience as a People Business Partner, including direct work with GTM or business teams
  • • Proven track record of turning ambiguity into structured people systems and delivering measurable impact in high-growth environments
  • • Strong business judgment with the ability to connect people strategy to organizational and financial outcomes
  • • Experience coaching and influencing leaders across functions and levels, particularly in fast-paced, scaling organizations
  • • Familiarity with UK and EU employment law
  • • Ability to work from the London office at least three days per week
