  • • This pivotal role sits at the nexus of business objectives and human capital strategy, requiring you to translate the priorities of the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) into actionable, forward-looking workforce, leadership, and culture initiatives designed to achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • • You will serve as a senior advisor, influencing executive decision-making, architecting organizational effectiveness, and cultivating high-performing technical leadership teams.
  • • Operating as a highly visible individual contributor, you will report to the Sr. Director, People Business Partners, and your impact will extend across global Product & Technology organizations, with significant touchpoints into other business units.
  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass strategic partnership and executive advisory, where you will act as a trusted confidant to the CPO, CTO, and their leadership teams, providing expert counsel on organizational design, operating models, talent investments, and leadership effectiveness.
  • • You will be tasked with translating the overarching business strategy into comprehensive, multi-year people business plans that directly support product innovation, technical scalability, and the company's competitive differentiation in the market.

  • • You will focus on elevating leadership capability through personalized coaching, the development of targeted learning strategies, and the implementation of high-impact leadership programming.
  • • Partnering closely with leaders, you will foster inclusive, high-performing teams that are adept at attracting and retaining top-tier technical talent.

  • • Identifying organizational health risks and proactively implementing solutions to sustain employee engagement and performance will be a critical function.
  • • Leveraging data-driven decision-making is paramount; you will utilize workforce analytics, engagement data, retention trends, and performance insights to inform executive decisions.
  • • You will employ data to diagnose root causes of challenges, identify systemic issues, and implement scalable, people-centric solutions that drive positive change.
  • • Cross-functional collaboration is key, requiring you to work closely with People Centers of Excellence (including Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Org Effectiveness & Engagement, People Analytics, People Compliance, and Employee Relations) to ensure that programs are strategically aligned with business objectives.
  • • You will also influence enterprise-wide People initiatives, ensuring they adequately address the unique needs of technical and innovation-driven teams.
