📋 Description

• • The People Business Partner, Employee Relations & Governance role is instrumental in building and maintaining foundational governance for Remote’s global workforce, ensuring compliance, fairness, and scalability of People practices across diverse jurisdictions.
• • Day to day, you will own the full lifecycle of global People policies, lead complex employee relations investigations, serve as the initial consultative layer for performance management, and partner with Legal and People Business Partners to mitigate risk and drive consistent policy application.
• • You will join Remote’s People Team - People Partners, reporting directly to the Director of People Business Partners, within a fully remote, globally distributed organization that values innovation, async work, and bringing diverse talents to build a best-in-class HR platform.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in global employment compliance, strategic ER data analysis, policy design and implementation, and cross-functional stakeholder partnership, enabling you to shape scalable, legally sound people management practices that support Remote’s mission of compliant global employment.
