📋 Description

• • The People Business Partner, Employee Relations & Governance role is instrumental in building and maintaining the foundational governance for Remote’s global workforce, ensuring compliance, fairness, and scalability of People practices across international jurisdictions.
• • Day to day, you will own the full lifecycle of global People policies, lead complex employee relations investigations, serve as the initial consultative layer for performance management, and partner with Legal and senior stakeholders to mitigate risk and drive consistent application of policies.
• • You will join a fully remote, globally distributed team at Remote Technologies Inc., a company solving global employment compliance challenges with a mission to enable businesses to recruit, pay, and manage international teams compliantly and at scale.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in global HR governance, lead high-impact compliance initiatives, influence organizational policy at scale, and grow as a strategic advisor in employee relations and risk mitigation within a fast-growing, values-driven HR tech leader.
