- ⢠Lead end-to-end employee investigations with integrity and pragmatism, ensuring fair and timely resolution of concerns while protecting company culture and supporting business continuity.
- ⢠Develop and refine scalable investigation frameworks that balance consistency with flexibility, creating documentation standards that improve efficiency.
- ⢠Partner with Legal and People Business Partners to evaluate investigation findings, determine appropriate outcomes, and ensure consistent application of company policy.
- ⢠Identify root causes and trends in employee relations issues using data to develop proactive training and interventions that mitigate risk and improve organizational health.
- ⢠Provide strategic counsel and coaching to leaders as they build and scale high-performing, ambitious teams, keeping business outcomes central to talent decisions and organizational moves.
- ⢠Coach and advise across all levels on people topics including change management, performance management, team dynamics, organizational design, rewards, recognition, and employee relations concerns.
- ⢠Build effective relationships while modeling and inspiring a culture of mutual accountability, grit, constructive collaboration, and high-quality ownership and execution of outcomes.
- ⢠Identify and drive organization-wide opportunities and initiatives that scale impact and meaningfully add value to teams and talent programs.
- ⢠Lead collaboration with the broader People Ops team to roll out key people programs including compensation reviews, DEI, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development initiatives.
- ⢠Leverage data to identify themes, surface insights, and influence solutions that address root causes rather than symptoms in employee relations.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Minimum 5-10 years of combined experience in People Business Partnership and Employee Relations roles
- ⢠Significant experience specific to complex employee relations and investigations
- ⢠Mastery of high-stakes verbal communication and precise, airtight written documentation
- ⢠Ability to navigate high-tension situations with grace while providing clear guidance and maintaining absolute confidentiality
- ⢠Rare ability to remain objective under pressure while balancing empathy with the need for rigorous, evidence-based conclusions
