📋 Description

• • As a People Business Partner at Eye Security, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the organization with purpose by shaping HR strategy and supporting rapid international growth, particularly within the technical vertical.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building People products in collaboration with the SVP People & Talent, serving as the primary HRBP for security operations, product, and engineering teams globally, and acting as the main point of contact for hires in the Netherlands.
• • You will coach and support leaders and employees on both day-to-day challenges and strategic decisions, balancing organizational needs with individual development during periods of rapid scaling.
• • You will design and implement impactful People infrastructure, including onboarding, performance frameworks, promotion processes, retention strategies, compensation reviews, and offboarding, while partnering cross-functionally with Talent, L&D, and People Operations.
• • Eye Security is a fast-growing international cybersecurity scale-up headquartered in the Netherlands with over 170 employees, combining advanced technology with deep expertise from intelligence, military, tech, and consulting backgrounds to deliver enterprise-grade cybersecurity with embedded cyber insurance to businesses across Europe.
