- • As a People Coordinator at Risepoint Holdings LLC, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering exceptional employee experiences by serving as the primary point of contact for People Operations support. This role is crucial for ensuring that every employee receives prompt, accurate, and dependable assistance, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- • You will be responsible for the diligent monitoring and management of Tier 1 Salesforce cases, ensuring that all employee inquiries are addressed within the established service level agreements (SLAs). This proactive approach guarantees timely resolution and maintains high operational efficiency.
- • Your day-to-day will involve responding to a wide range of employee questions concerning company policies, HR procedures, benefits enrollment and inquiries, payroll matters, and other general HR-related topics. You will be a trusted source of information, providing clarity and guidance.
- • A key aspect of this role is the ability to identify and effectively escalate complex or specialized cases to the appropriate Tier 2 support or subject matter experts (SMEs). This ensures that all issues, regardless of complexity, are handled by the right individuals, leading to optimal solutions.
- • Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date documentation within Salesforce is paramount. This includes detailed case notes, follow-up actions, and resolution summaries, which are vital for tracking, analysis, and continuous improvement of People Operations processes.
- • You will act as the initial gateway for employee queries, whether they come through Salesforce or other designated communication channels. Your welcoming and professional demeanor will set the tone for employee interactions with the People Operations team.
- • Providing accurate and consistent information is a core responsibility. You will ensure that all guidance given regarding company policies, procedures, and programs aligns with current standards and best practices, promoting fairness and transparency across the organization.
- • Empowering employees by guiding them in the effective use of self-service tools and resources is another important function. This promotes employee autonomy and reduces the burden on the People Operations team for routine inquiries.
- • You will also play a role in maintaining the knowledge base for the Tier 0 Risepoint Support Chatbot, contributing to the continuous improvement of automated support systems.
