📋 Description

• • The People Development Partner at Chime designs, facilitates, and scales programs that strengthen individual, team, manager, and organizational performance, blending learning strategy, instructional design, systems thinking, and stakeholder partnership to build development experiences that help employees grow and deliver impact in a fast-moving environment.
• • Day to day, the role involves designing enterprise-wide development programs, leading tactical performance enablement during annual and mid-year review cycles, building manager capability tools, creating AI-enabled learning solutions (e.g., GPT agents, Slack micro-learning), managing People Development content on the intranet, partnering with People Partners and business leaders to diagnose capability gaps, facilitating high-impact learning sessions, measuring program success, and scaling learning across distributed teams using blended modalities.
