- • The People Experience Digital Partner supports the North America regional People Operations team by ensuring smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes through systems, data, and automation.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing hire-to-exit workflows, managing data entry and system administration in ADP, supporting benefits and leave administration, enabling digital workflows and self-service tools, and partnering on process improvements using AI and automation.
- • The role operates within PAR Technology Corporation’s People Operations team, contributing to a unified HR function that supports over 100,000 restaurant locations globally through innovative technology and a 'Better Together' culture.
- • In this role, the individual will gain hands-on experience with HRIS systems like ADP and FreshService, develop expertise in HR automation and data governance, and contribute to scalable employee experiences while advancing their career in HR operations and digital transformation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Systems Administration, or employee lifecycle roles
- • Hands-on experience supporting HR Systems with strong data integrity practices
- • Comfortable working with digital tools, AI, and identifying opportunities for process improvement
- • Demonstrated ability to execute operational work with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- • Strong understanding of hire-to-exit processes
- • Experience using ADP and FreshService (or similar) case management tools preferred
