📋 Description

• As a People Experience Partner for EMEA at Eucalyptus Inc., you will own the moments that make the company a remarkable place to work — from onboarding new joiners to sustaining engagement through rituals, events, and community-building, ensuring consistency, equity, and alignment with the company’s mission across all locations.
• Day to day, you will own and improve the end-to-end onboarding experience across EMEA, manage benefits and engagement initiatives including self-service platforms and employee education, plan and deliver internal events and recognition programs, and act as a culture ambassador by leading onboarding sessions, supporting in-office experiences, and ensuring employee offerings reflect the company’s healthcare mission and values.
• Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, a global leader in personalised health and wellness, and is behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care. The company has achieved 130% YoY revenue growth, supported over 350k patients across five markets, received NICE endorsement for NHS services, and operates in the UK, Australia, Germany, Japan, and Canada.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in designing scalable people programs, using data to drive decisions and build business cases for investment in employee experience, while gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration with People Partners, Talent, Marketing, and Office Management, and advancing your career in a fast-growing, mission-driven healthcare organisation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in People Experience, Workplace Experience, HR, events, or similar roles
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality experiences
• Experience planning and delivering events or engagement initiatives end-to-end
• Comfortable working across multiple locations and with diverse stakeholders
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong bias for execution
• Willingness to travel where required to deliver the best experiences for the team
