- • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and comfortable office environment daily, managing all day-to-day office logistics and facility requests.
- • Serve as the primary local point of contact for external office suppliers and services, overseeing inventory levels and placing regular orders for office supplies, snacks, and beverages.
- • Guide new hires through onboarding platforms, manage their initial calendar scheduling, and coordinate required health and safety training setups.
- • Keep the internal company directory meticulously updated and track community touchpoints such as team birthdays and personal milestones.
- • Partner with the People Operations team to plan and execute logistics for company events, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
- • Handle administrative workflows that support the daily lifecycle of team members, ensuring smooth operational continuity in the Prague office.
- • Work closely with the People Operations Manager and broader People team to support a positive, engaging workplace culture.
- • Ensure strict confidentiality and data accuracy in all record-keeping and internal communications.
- • Proactively identify office needs, propose improvements, and resolve challenges without prompting in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- • Be present in the office during high-touch community days (Wednesdays and Fridays) to support team engagement and operational demands.
- • Operate within a small-to-medium company structure where direct interaction spans from new hires to executive leadership.
- • Utilize Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) to manage schedules, documents, and internal data systems efficiently.
- • Contribute to a dog-friendly office environment located on Old Town Square in Prague, maintaining standards for comfort and professionalism.
- • Support a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week with a focus on in-office presence during core operational days.

- • Professional fluency in English and Czech or Slovak
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an approachable, collaborative attitude
- • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to data accuracy and confidentiality
