📋 Description

• As the People Operations & AI Analyst at Solace Corporation, you will own the technology and systems layer that powers the entire People function, directly partnering with the Total Rewards & Infrastructure Lead to build scalable compensation infrastructure and drive AI-enabled automation across HR systems.
• You will design and configure Workday architecture, build automations to eliminate manual workflows, maintain integrations with payroll and equity platforms, and support compensation cycles through clean data infrastructure and reporting.
• You will join a lean, mission-driven Series C healthcare startup backed by top-tier investors, where urgency, precision, and heart define the culture and your impact will be felt across the organization as you shape foundational People systems.
• You will gain deep ownership over Workday configuration, AI implementation in HR, and compensation data architecture, positioning you as a strategic partner in scaling Solace’s People function while building systems that will endure for years.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in an HRIS or People Systems role inside a high growth company
• Deep hands-on Workday experience including configuring business processes, building security roles, designing integrations, and writing calculated fields
• Experience with equity administration platforms; Pulley experience is a plus
• Comfort with compensation data to partner on comp architecture, modeling, and annual review cycles
• Genuine excitement about AI and automation in People Operations with a point of view on where the field is heading
• Startup mindset: low ego, high output, ability to build what doesn’t exist without needing a perfect brief
