📋 Description

• As a People Operations Associate at Solace Corporation, you will play a critical role in supporting the People team to operate smoothly and scale effectively in a fast-growing healthcare technology startup.
• You will own and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain compliance with employment regulations, support recruiting coordination, and assist with employee experience initiatives and operational logistics.
• You will join a lean, mission-driven Series C startup founded in 2022 that is redefining healthcare by pairing patients with expert advocates to improve health literacy and outcomes.
• You will gain hands-on experience building scalable People Operations processes, partnering with Finance, Recruiting, and Operations teams, and developing expertise in HR systems and employee lifecycle management in a high-growth environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in People Operations, Recruiting Coordination, HR Administration, Operations, or related support roles
• Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments
• Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and operational workflows simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Experience using HR and recruiting systems such as Ashby, Gusto, Deel, Notion, Rippling, or similar platforms
