• • Vanta is seeking a highly organized and systems-oriented People Operations Associate to join our dynamic People team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing Vanta's internal operations by taking ownership of our core HR systems. You will be the linchpin in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of our People infrastructure, directly contributing to an exceptional employee experience for every Vanta'n.
• • As a People Operations Associate, your primary responsibility will be the comprehensive management and administration of our HR systems. This includes, but is not limited to, our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), performance management platforms, onboarding tools, and any other critical People technology. You will develop a deep understanding of how these systems function, acting as the subject matter expert and identifying opportunities for optimization and scaling as Vanta continues its rapid growth.
• • A crucial aspect of your role will be maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of employee data. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of all information within our HR systems. This involves establishing robust data governance practices and developing automated reports and dashboards. These insights will be invaluable to stakeholders across the People, Finance, and other departments, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
• • You will proactively identify manual processes and inefficiencies within People Operations and leverage your systems thinking to design and implement scalable solutions. This includes building integrations between various HR tools and automating repetitive tasks. Your ability to translate complex business requirements into streamlined, repeatable, and automated workflows will be key to enhancing operational efficiency and freeing up valuable time for strategic initiatives.
• • This role involves significant support for company-wide People programs. You will be involved in the system design, setup, and execution of key initiatives such as performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, and the onboarding process. Your contributions will ensure these programs are supported by robust and user-friendly systems, leading to successful implementation and positive employee engagement.
• • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards is another critical function. You will be responsible for configuring systems and managing data in a way that meets compliance requirements, such as I-9 verification, 401k audits, and employment verifications. You will also play a lead role in preparing and supporting data pulls and documentation for various audits, ensuring Vanta remains compliant and secure.
• • Beyond system administration, you will serve as a primary point of contact for employees seeking assistance with HR systems, data updates, and process-related queries. Utilizing our ticketing system, you will provide clear, concise, and empathetic support, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a positive employee experience. Your ability to communicate complex information in an accessible manner will be highly valued.
