- • The People Operations Associate at CaseWare International Inc. plays a vital role in delivering a consistent and high-quality employee experience across the company’s global workforce, supporting multiple countries in Europe and contributing to smooth HR operations in a fast-paced, global technology environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, managing HRIS data, administering employee leave, providing lifecycle support for employees, and ensuring compliance with regional HR practices across the Netherlands, Germany, Romania, and Denmark.
- • The role is part of CaseWare’s global People Operations team, working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner for Europe and reporting functionally to the Director, People Operations, to uphold global HR standards and practices.
- • The associate will gain hands-on experience in international HR operations, develop expertise in cross-cultural employee support, and grow their HR career within a leading fintech company with over 30 years of innovation in audit and accounting software.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in HR administration, HRIS data management, or employee lifecycle support
- • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR processes and documentation
- • Ability to work effectively across cultures and in a distributed, global team environment
- • Comfort with travel to regional offices across Europe as needed
- • Proficiency in English; additional European language skills are a plus
