  • • As a People Operations Associate at Flagright Inc., you will play a critical role in supporting the employee lifecycle across a global, high-performance team, ensuring that onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and HR operations run smoothly and with the highest level of integrity—directly contributing to the company’s mission of enabling financial crime compliance at scale for Fortune 500 companies, banks, and fintechs.
  • • You will coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires across multiple jurisdictions, including preparing documentation, setting up profiles in HR and payroll systems, creating work accounts, and maintaining checklists to ensure a seamless and compliant start for every employee.
  • • You will manage offboarding procedures by overseeing final payroll calculations (including unused leave and settlements), coordinating system access revocation, and completing all necessary documentation to ensure a clean and respectful exit process.
  • • You will prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs, liaise with global payroll providers (such as Deel, Rippling, Vensure), track compensation changes (salary adjustments, bonuses, allowances), and review payroll summaries for accuracy while maintaining meticulous records.
  • • You will track and calculate sales commissions tied to closed deals, maintain commission spreadsheets, collaborate with Sales and Finance to verify deal data, and ensure accurate reflection of incentives in payroll payouts.
  • • You will maintain employee records and HR documentation, updating compensation, role, and location changes, ensuring all files are organized, accurate, and compliant with data privacy standards.
  • • You will own and improve internal workflows by maintaining checklists for onboarding, payroll, and offboarding, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting process documentation enhancements to increase operational efficiency.
  • • You will partner closely with Operations, Legal, Finance, and leadership teams to align people processes with business needs, acting as a trusted operational backbone in a lean, high-ownership culture where individual impact is visible and valued.
  • • You will develop deep expertise in global HR operations, cross-border payroll systems, and compliance-sensitive HR processes—gaining rare exposure to how a fast-growing, AI-driven fintech scales its people function internationally while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, people operations, or payroll administration
  • • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and process automation
  • • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple operational tasks with accuracy under shifting priorities
  • • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential employee and company information with strict discretion, integrity, and professionalism
