- • As a People Operations Coordinator at Harvey AI Inc., you will own the operational backbone of the HR function, ensuring data integrity and smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes across a growing global workforce.
- • Day to day, you will audit and reconcile HR data in Workday, administer employee lifecycle transactions (hires, changes, departures), manage contractor engagement and offboarding, serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, maintain internal HR documentation, support compliance reporting, and partner with Legal, Finance, and business teams on People Ops initiatives.
- • You will join a sharp, motivated, and mission-driven team at Harvey AI, a company transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI and an enterprise-grade platform, serving 1000+ customers across 60+ countries with strong product-market fit and world-class investor backing.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in HRIS operations, global employee lifecycle management, cross-functional HR project support, and compliance reporting — gaining the opportunity to grow with a scaling People Ops function in a high-growth, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years in HR, People Ops, or a related operations role
- • Experience with an HRIS — Workday strongly preferred
- • High attention to detail; you catch your own errors before anyone else does
- • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where some processes are still being built
- • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without things slipping
- • Clear communicator — you know how to flag a problem and follow up without being asked
