📋 Description

• • The People Operations Generalist will serve as the foundational hire for Pivotal Health’s People team, owning the systems, processes, and day-to-day infrastructure that enable a seamless employee experience as the company scales to 150+ employees.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, maintaining Rippling and Ashby systems, supporting compliance tracking and benefits administration, assisting recruiting operations during high-volume periods, serving as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, maintaining the Notion-based People knowledge base, and leveraging AI tools to streamline administrative tasks and improve self-service resources.
• • Pivotal Health is a mission-driven healthtech company building an AI-powered platform to help healthcare providers recover fair reimbursement from insurance companies through streamlined Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) workflows, reducing administrative burden and enabling providers to operate with clarity and confidence.
• • In this role, you will gain end-to-end ownership of People Operations in a high-growth startup, directly influence the design and scalability of HR systems and processes, develop expertise in HRIS platforms like Rippling and ATS tools like Ashby, and build scalable infrastructure that supports both employee experience and compliance as the company evolves.
