- • As a People Operations Generalist at Transfr Inc., you will own and run core People operations to ensure accurate, consistent processes that support employees and managers across a remote, multi-state workforce.
- • You will manage HRIS (Justworks), own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, maintain day-to-day People Ops support including benefits, immigration, and documentation, and serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries.
- • Transfr is building immersive VR career training simulations to improve workforce readiness and job placement, bridging schools, workplaces, and governments to create better training pipelines and career pathways.
- • You will contribute to company-wide initiatives like engagement surveys and performance reviews, proactively improve broken processes, and provide entry-level HR Business Partner support while gaining deep operational expertise in scaling People functions in a mission-driven tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a Generalist role with hands-on ownership of HRIS, onboarding/offboarding, and core employee processes
- • Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
- • Ability to triage employee issues and partner effectively on employee relations
- • Clear communication and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- • Comfort owning systems, data, and administrative processes end-to-end
- • Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction
