Maintaining the accuracy, scalability, and usability of employee data, systems, and documentation will be paramount.
- • You will serve as a key point of contact for employee immigration processes, working closely with Sift’s immigration counsel to ensure smooth and compliant procedures. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for simplification, automation, or clarification of People processes is highly encouraged, aligning with Sift's philosophy of "working smarter, not harder." You will be encouraged to apply innovations such as advanced workflows, automation, and AI utilization to enhance efficiency.
- • Furthermore, you will support periodic and ongoing compliance tracking and reporting. This necessitates maintaining a strong working knowledge of relevant federal and state employment laws to effectively mitigate risk and ensure ongoing compliance. You will also partner with third-party vendors to administer benefits, manage leaves of absence, and oversee PEO employee workflows, ensuring seamless execution of these critical functions.
