- • People Operations Manager at Directive Consulting LLC, a leading B2B marketing agency, responsible for maintaining and improving HR functions across Canada and the United States to support operational excellence and employee experience.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HRIS records for Canadian and US employees, supporting onboarding and offboarding, preparing HR documents, responding to employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with federal, provincial, and local employment laws, processing payroll, administering benefits, tracking work authorizations and visas, and supporting employee engagement initiatives and inclusive culture efforts.
- • The company operates across three divisions—Performance, Communications, and Commerce—unified by its DiscoverabilityOS™ methodology, serving 420+ B2B brands with a focus on real outcomes, innovation, and measurable impact in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources
- • Employee relations experience
- • Knowledge of a wide range of human resource practices, including compliance, leave management, benefits management, and vendor relationships
- • Ideally strong knowledge of both CAN and US HR practices
- • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
