- • As a People Operations Manager at Voxel Technologies Inc., you will own and scale the core people infrastructure that supports the company’s rapid growth, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and values-driven employee experience across the full lifecycle.
- • You will manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management, HRIS (Rippling), people analytics, and compliance, while partnering with leadership, Finance, Legal, and managers to align people practices with business goals.
- • Voxel is a high-growth startup transforming workplace safety through AI-driven computer vision technology, serving Fortune 500 clients and backed by a mission to protect essential workers while scaling with integrity and innovation.
- • In this role, you will develop scalable HR systems, lead performance cycles, maintain compensation equity, ensure legal compliance across multi-state operations, and generate actionable people analytics — gaining deep expertise in strategic HR operations within a fast-paced, mission-driven tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a related role in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-paced environment
- • Experience owning or closely managing HRIS platforms (Rippling experience strongly preferred)
- • Strong operational depth across core HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and HR systems
- • Familiarity with compensation structures, leveling frameworks, and equity programs in a startup environment
- • Strong analytical skills with experience building or maintaining people metrics, reporting, or workforce dashboards
- • Strong understanding of US employment law and compliance fundamentals across multi-state environments
