People Operations Manager

📋 Description

• • As People Operations Manager at Notabene Global Inc., you will be the connective tissue that keeps a globally distributed team of nearly 60 people across 17 countries running smoothly, reporting directly to the Director of People Operations and owning the systems, processes, and programs that make Notabene a great place to work regardless of location.
• • Day to day, you will champion culture and employee experience by owning engagement surveys and stay/exit interviews, support performance management and career growth through 15Five-based reviews and career framework initiatives, own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, manage people systems including Justworks, Remote, and Deel, serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on benefits and policies, maintain accurate people data in Google Sheets while building toward a global HRIS implementation, and leverage AI tools like Claude to draft policies and summarize data.
• • Notabene is building infrastructure transforming how money moves in the digital economy, evolving beyond compliance to enable digital financial services between regulated institutions. With nearly 50 employees across 14 countries (growing to nearly 60 across 17 countries) and recent Series B funding from investors including Y Combinator, DRW, F-Prime, Jump Capital, Castle Island, and Green Visor Capital, the company is shaping the future rails of the crypto industry with a focus on operational rigor and genuine care for employee experience.
• • In this role, you will learn to build clean, scalable people systems in a high-growth startup environment, gain deep expertise in global HR operations across multiple EOR platforms and jurisdictions, develop strategic HRIS implementation roadmaps, and drive measurable improvements in employee engagement, onboarding effectiveness, and people data integrity—positioning you as a trusted partner to employees and leaders while advancing your career in global People Operations.
