- • As a People Operations Partner at Whatnot, you will help shape and scale the employee experience by building scalable, compliant, and data-driven People Operations infrastructure during a period of rapid growth.
- • You will lead core People Ops operations including job changes, departures, and compensation updates; drive compliance and audit readiness; partner on payroll and time & attendance; build reporting and analytics in Workday; lead cross-functional initiatives; manage People systems and data integrity; drive process improvement; improve the People Ops helpdesk; and support team continuity across workflows.

- • You will gain deep expertise in Workday, HR systems, compliance, payroll, and reporting while driving end-to-end projects that improve operational excellence, accuracy, and employee experience in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of experience in People Ops, HR operations, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing environment
- • Workday power user, comfortable handling transactions, building reports, and proactively identifying data issues
- • Experience with compliance, audits, payroll, and/or time & attendance systems
- • Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and driving projects end-to-end in ambiguous environments
- • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, Culture Amp, Navan, and Slab or Notion, and able to pick up new tools quickly
