  • • Administer and maintain core HR systems including HRIS, performance platforms, and onboarding tools to ensure seamless operational functionality.
  • • Own end-to-end data integrity for all employee records, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance across People systems.
  • • Identify manual HR processes and design scalable automation solutions using integrations and workflow tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • • Manage full employee lifecycle administrative tasks, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations, with precise updates across systems and stakeholder teams.
  • • Serve as the primary owner of U.S. immigration processes, handling H-1B transfers, PERM applications, and other employment-based filings in coordination with legal counsel and cross-functional partners.
  • • Maintain, update, and document all People policies, procedures, and system configurations to ensure clarity, accessibility, and compliance across the organization.
  • • Lead data collection and documentation efforts for compliance audits, including I-9s, security audits, compensation reviews, and employment verifications.
  • • Act as the first point of contact for employees through the HR ticketing system, resolving inquiries related to HR systems, data discrepancies, and process workflows with accuracy and empathy.
  • • Collaborate closely with People Ops Generalists and the Manager, People Operations to ensure consistent, intentional execution of People programs.
  • • Ensure all HR technology configurations and data practices align with legal and regulatory compliance requirements in the U.S.
  • • Partner across departments to improve internal processes and enhance the overall employee experience through systemic improvements and operational rigor.
  • • Leverage AI tools responsibly to increase efficiency, streamline repetitive tasks, and enhance decision-making in People Operations workflows.
  • • Maintain proficiency with HR tech stack tools such as HiBob, Workday, Ashby, Culture Amp, and ensure smooth adoption and troubleshooting across the organization.
  • • Utilize G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, and other collaboration platforms to support daily operations and communication across a fully remote U.S.-based team.
  • • Demonstrate operational discipline by bringing structure to ambiguous situations, managing shifting priorities with a bias for action, and delivering reliable outcomes under pressure.
  • • Handle sensitive employee data with the highest level of discretion and adherence to confidentiality protocols at all times.
  • • Serve as a trusted resource for teams across Vanta, providing clear guidance on HR systems, policies, and process flows with strong written and verbal communication skills.
