📋 Description

• As a People Operations Specialist at Air Apps, you will be at the heart of HR and recruiting operations, ensuring smooth delivery of key people-related processes from recruitment and onboarding to documentation and employee support.
• You will assist with day-to-day HR tasks including payroll coordination, benefits administration, employee data management, and clarifying HR policies while responding to employee inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
• You will support recruitment and hiring by managing end-to-end recruitment tasks such as job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and collaboration with hiring managers to maintain momentum in the hiring pipeline.
• You will coordinate onboarding logistics to welcome new hires and ensure their smooth integration into the team, contributing to a positive employee experience from day one.
• You will work in a fully onsite role at the Lisbon office, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with relocation support available.
• You will help maintain a compliant, well-organized, and people-first work environment by taking ownership of documentation tasks such as creating and updating internal HR processes, SOPs, and templates.
• You will contribute to internal HR initiatives, including company-sponsored people programs and team communications, helping shape a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers, ideally within a consultancy or fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Ashby.
• Proficient in LinkedIn tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter, and familiar with other sourcing platforms and talent engagement strategies.
• Experience supporting HR operations such as payroll, benefits, and employee services.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with the Portuguese labor law framework is a significant plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Portuguese proficiency is a bonus.
