• • The People Operations Specialist at Distyl Inc. is a critical role responsible for owning the programs that support employees and ensure the company runs smoothly as it scales, serving as the foundation for building and maintaining a high-performing workforce in an ambitious AI technology company.
• • Day to day, the specialist will manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding, maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems, partner with immigration counsel on visa processes, administer benefits and leave programs, ensure compliance with multi-state and federal regulations, and support HR projects that improve employee experience and infrastructure.
