📋 Description

• • The Talent Coordinator will serve as the operational backbone of Partly's Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting the company's rapid growth from ~100 to ~400 employees over the next 24 months.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end interview scheduling across NZ, UK, and EU time zones, managing candidate communications from first touch to offer, maintaining data hygiene in Ashby (ATS) and Notion, supporting sourcing campaigns, coordinating offer logistics, maintaining interviewer resources, and identifying process improvements.
• • The Talent Acquisition team operates across Auckland and London, reporting to Dan Walker (Head of Talent), and is part of a fast-scaling, mission-driven company founded by ex-Rocket Lab engineers building a global platform for replacement parts in a $1.9 trillion industry.
• • This role offers a clear path to grow into a full recruiter or TA operations role, providing hands-on experience in world-class hiring practices, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization in a high-growth startup environment.
