• • People Operations Specialist – India / APAC role at Kong Inc. supports global workforce operations with primary coverage for India (IST) and APAC time zones, ensuring seamless HR operations and high-quality employee experience.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR operations and employee records in Workday, owning end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, internal movements, offboarding), administering regional benefits programs, ensuring HR compliance with local labor laws, providing empathetic employee support, and identifying process optimization opportunities through audits and reporting.
