📋 Description

• As a People Partner at Olix USA Inc., you will be an integral part of the people operations team, supporting the growing workforce in Austin and helping build the people practices, processes, and culture that underpin the company’s ambitious growth plans in the AI infrastructure space.
• Day to day, you will support and guide people managers on HR matters, provide operational guidance for compliance with UK and US employment law, handle employee relations, and contribute to people practices that enable a high-performance culture aligned with business goals.
• You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Operations, Finance, and other departments on company-wide projects, acting as a cultural ambassador by demonstrating Olix’s values and leading by example.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in scaling HR functions within a fast-paced, high-growth deep tech environment, gain experience navigating complex employment regulations across jurisdictions, and strengthen your ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels while contributing to the mission of building the next generation of AI infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in an HR role within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
• Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation, with some exposure to US employment law
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
