📋 Description
- • As a People Partner at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership within assigned departments, driving commercial impact by aligning people strategies with business performance through proactive, data-informed decision-making and AI-enabled solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning complex employee relations issues, leading the design and implementation of global people programs, advising on organizational health and leadership transitions, and optimizing workflows through AI and automation adoption while contributing to the company Handbook as a culture carrier.
- • You will join a fully remote, globally distributed team spanning six continents, working asynchronously to build a best-in-class HR platform grounded in innovation, transparency, and values-led decision-making, with a focus on enabling compliant, scalable international employment for businesses worldwide.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in global HR strategy, gain influence over organizational design and culture, master AI-driven HR automation, and grow as a trusted business partner who shapes people practices that scale with the company’s mission.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in a People team, specifically in Employee Relations or People Partner roles supporting a global organization
- • Proven ability to own end-to-end execution of complex projects with a solution-oriented mindset
- • Strong stakeholder management skills, including coaching and influencing leaders through organizational change
- • Comfort with and enthusiasm for using AI tools and automation to reduce manual work
- • Demonstrated skill in using data to diagnose organizational health and provide evidence-based recommendations
- • High emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive, confidential situations
