As we embark on an ambitious growth trajectory, scaling from 400 to 900 employees across more than 40 countries, the complexity of our organizational structure, teams, and operational workflows is escalating significantly. This presents a critical need for strategic and proactive People Partners who can champion our culture, enable our leaders, support our employees, and safeguard our performance during this period of intense expansion.
  • • As a People Partner at ElevenLabs, you will be instrumental in navigating this dynamic growth phase. You will operate at the nexus of leadership coaching, organizational design, performance management, and day-to-day people guidance, ensuring our most valuable asset – our people – are empowered and aligned with our mission. This role demands a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, requiring you to deeply understand the nuances of specific business functions while also being adept at addressing immediate people-related challenges.
  • • You will be functionally aligned, meaning you will develop a deep understanding of the rhythms, challenges, and talent requirements of specific organizational units such as Engineering, Product, Operations, Growth, or Revenue. This specialized focus allows you to provide tailored support and strategic insights that directly address the unique needs of each function. Your proactive engagement with leaders and teams will be key to identifying potential issues before they escalate, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and open communication.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve architecting our organizational structure to support future scale. This includes advising on optimal team structures, defining appropriate spans and layers of management, identifying critical capability gaps within teams, and developing robust succession plans to ensure leadership continuity. By anticipating future needs and proactively designing solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping ElevenLabs' organizational resilience and agility.
  • • Beyond strategic initiatives, you will also manage a substantial reactive workload. This involves providing expert guidance and support on a wide array of people-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, employee mobility, benefits administration, compensation queries, and navigating complex people processes. Your ability to handle these sensitive issues with discretion, clarity, and fairness will be paramount in maintaining trust and ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • • Looking ahead to 2026, People Partners will assume ownership of key operational aspects of the employee lifecycle. This includes leading core People programs such as onboarding, performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and enablement programs. As specialized teams for Employee Relations (ER), Mobility, Benefits, and Learning & Development (L&D) are established, your role will evolve to focus more intensely on strategic partnership, enhancing organizational health, fostering leadership effectiveness, and cultivating high-potential talent density.
  • • This is a high-impact opportunity for an individual who excels at context-switching, can offer confident advice, build strong relationships across diverse functions, and bring a sense of clarity and calm to fast-paced, often ambiguous environments. You will be a trusted advisor to leaders, a champion for employees, and a key architect of our evolving organizational landscape.
  • • Key responsibilities will include partnering deeply with functional leaders to enhance team health, boost performance, increase talent density, and drive organizational clarity. You will conduct proactive 1:1 and group sessions with leaders and employees to identify and address issues early, guiding managers through complex people challenges. You will also manage the reactive flow of employee inquiries concerning performance, conflict, mobility, benefits, compensation, and general HR processes. Furthermore, you will lead critical People programs such as performance reviews, onboarding, engagement, and recognition, tailored to your functional alignment. You will support investigations and early-stage Employee Relations issues, escalating to specialists as the ER function matures. A crucial part of your role will be shaping the organizational architecture by advising on spans, layers, team structures, staffing needs, capability gaps, and succession planning. You will be responsible for identifying cross-team and cross-functional patterns, translating these into actionable insights, frameworks, or new People initiatives to facilitate smooth scaling. Finally, you will collaborate closely with Regional People Operations & Compliance teams to ensure the seamless execution of terminations, mobility, local regulatory requirements, and compliance-intensive workflows, working in tandem with People Ops, Talent, Legal, Finance, and Mobility to guarantee timely and accurate support for all employees and managers.
