- • As one of the primary points of contact for our EMEA employees, you will expertly navigate the entire employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding to dignified offboarding, ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass fostering a positive employee experience, driving engagement initiatives, managing employee relations with sensitivity and fairness, and contributing to the strategic development and execution of our total rewards programs.

- • Based in our Lisbon office, you will report directly to the Vice President, People Partner, who oversees our EMEA team, providing direct mentorship and strategic guidance.
- • This role may necessitate travel to other countries within the EMEA region as required, offering opportunities to engage with diverse teams and understand local nuances.
- • Provide comprehensive support across a spectrum of HR services, including the facilitation of performance reviews, the development and execution of employee engagement strategies, the proactive management of employee relations, insightful HR data analytics, and the advancement of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- • Act as a crucial resource for both managers and employees, guiding them to ensure adherence to company policies, best practices, and current employment legislation, thereby fostering a compliant and productive work environment.
- • Serve as an effective liaison between employees and the Benefits team, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of benefit-related inquiries and issues.
- • Collaborate closely with immigration counsel to guarantee full compliance with local labor laws and regulations across various EMEA jurisdictions, meticulously maintaining accurate employee records and managing the complexities of work permits and visas.
- • Proactively stay informed about evolving in-country regulations and emerging trends pertaining to EMEA employment matters, partnering with legal counsel as necessary to ensure the company remains at the forefront of compliance and best practices.
- • Work in close collaboration with the finance and payroll departments to effectively manage and oversee external payroll providers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all payroll processing.
- • Contribute significantly to the successful implementation of key HR projects and strategic initiatives, such as company-wide employee engagement surveys, impactful diversity and inclusion programs, and compelling employer branding campaigns designed to attract top talent.
- • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions and decision-making processes.
- • Drive HR operational excellence through diligent management of employee data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy through meticulous record-keeping and the effective use of HR systems and tools.
