- • The People Partner is a hands-on HR role supporting the Global Products & Technology organization, working closely with business leaders and front-line managers to manage talent and drive HR products and services including workforce planning, performance management, HR communications, HR projects, and HR analytics.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the HR point of contact for Global Products & Technology leaders, meeting weekly with functional leaders, maintaining performance improvement cadence, promoting core values, partnering with FP&A and Total Rewards teams on headcount and pay equity, supporting governance and compliance, acting as liaison with other People & Culture teams, identifying training needs, participating in training program evaluation, providing change management support, and handling ad hoc administrative tasks.
- • Veeam is the Data and AI Trust Company, a market leader in data resilience and data security posture management, protecting over 550,000 customers worldwide and headquartered in Seattle with offices in more than 30 countries. The role requires onsite presence at the San Jose, California location 2-3 days per week.
- • The person will develop strong internal client relationships, provide coaching, gain experience in strategic workforce planning and HR analytics, and contribute to talent management initiatives that improve productivity, retention, and morale while supporting Veeam’s mission to enable safe AI at scale through data and AI trust.

- • HRBP experience supporting engineering teams in a tech organization
- • Analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Knowledge of HR planning principles; Strategic workforce planning concepts and tools
- • Self-starter – ability to navigate in a matrix organization and move quickly to resolution
