- • As a People Partner for the Revenue team at Perk.com Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping and executing people strategies that directly contribute to driving performance, fostering engagement, and enabling scalable growth within a rapidly expanding global organization.
- • This pivotal role involves close collaboration with senior managers and functional leaders, translating overarching company objectives into concrete, actionable people plans that align with business goals.
- • You will serve as a trusted advisor and coach, providing critical insights, constructive challenges, and strategic recommendations across the entire employee lifecycle. This includes expertise in organizational design, cultivating a high-performance culture, and expertly navigating change initiatives.
- • A core responsibility is the implementation and diligent management of essential people processes, such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and talent planning, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for all employees within your partnered functions.
- • You will be a champion for Perk's core values, embedding them deeply into the daily ways of working and shaping an employee experience that resonates across your teams and the wider organization. This involves actively listening to feedback and proactively building a culture that employees are proud to be a part of.
- • A significant aspect of the role is driving performance and engagement by supporting leaders in embedding the performance management process. This means ensuring that objectives are clearly set, feedback is constructive and timely, and development conversations are geared towards high performance.
- • You will leverage a diverse range of data insights, including People Data, Engagement Results, performance metrics, and external market data, to proactively partner with leaders on action planning and meticulously monitor progress against agreed-upon initiatives.
- • Your role extends to championing the company's values and ensuring they are not just stated but actively lived within the teams you support.
- • Utilizing people data will be crucial for diagnosing challenges, tracking progress on key initiatives, and recommending data-driven improvements to enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- • Leading change at a functional level is a key deliverable. You will co-deliver change management activities with Senior Leaders and Managers, focusing on securing buy-in, ensuring clear and consistent communication, enabling leaders to effectively manage the change, and facilitating smooth implementation.
- • You will take ownership of integration projects, restructures, or shifts in operating models, working collaboratively with senior People Partners and other key stakeholders to ensure successful transitions.
- • Throughout periods of change and beyond, you will be dedicated to ensuring that colleagues feel valued and remain connected to the company's overarching mission and vision.
- • Enabling leadership and manager capability is paramount. You will coach and guide Leaders and Managers on a wide spectrum of people-related topics, from performance management and individual development to team dynamics and complex organizational change.
- • Identifying capability gaps within leadership and partnering with relevant People Team functions to address them, including the creation and delivery of targeted learning content, will be a key contribution.
- • You will bring a unique blend of insight, challenge, and clarity to business decisions, team structures, and leadership plans. In an environment of rapid growth and potential ambiguity, you will be comfortable navigating the unknown and instilling confidence in others.
- • Success in this role is defined by leaders in your functions feeling fully equipped and confident to navigate growth and change, drive performance, enhance engagement, and foster team development.
- • Core people processes will be delivered with exceptional consistency, quality, and tangible impact.
- • People insights, such as engagement, churn, and absence data, will remain healthy, with clear improvements in engagement and performance metrics directly linked to actions you have partnered on.
- • Change initiatives within your remit will be implemented smoothly, garnering positive feedback from both leaders and teams.
- • You will contribute to the successful delivery of projects across your business function and the broader People Team, demonstrating a strong partnership approach.
