📋 Description

• • The People Program Partner leads and evolves key people programs that strengthen onboarding, engagement, learning, and organizational performance at SimSpace, a mission-driven organization focused on building a human-centered culture and empowering employees to grow.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning end-to-end programs such as structured onboarding (Explorer), manager development, and engagement initiatives; maintaining program structure and delivery; diagnosing organizational challenges using qualitative and quantitative insights; designing scalable solutions; driving adoption; measuring effectiveness through defined metrics; and partnering with People Business Partners, People Ops, and Talent teams to support recognition, performance, and internal mobility.
