We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on People Programs professional to architect and implement the foundational programs that will enable our continued hyper-growth and ensure our people thrive.
- • As a key member of our People team, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical people programs. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the employee experience from the ground up in a high-velocity, AI-first environment.
- • You will be instrumental in designing and executing strategies across talent management, encompassing performance reviews, robust onboarding processes, continuous learning and development initiatives, strategic succession planning, and fostering internal mobility.
- • Your remit will also extend to organizational design, ensuring our structure supports agility and scalability as we grow.
- • Furthermore, you will drive employee engagement through innovative recognition programs, effective enablement strategies, and thoughtful change management.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves owning compensation strategy, including design, benchmarking, and ensuring our approach remains competitive and equitable in a fast-evolving global market.
- • You will collaborate closely with People Partners and business leaders across the organization, translating their needs into practical, high-impact programs that are built to scale.
- • This is a hands-on builder role, requiring you to be comfortable taking concepts from a blank page to fully implemented programs with minimal direct support.
- • Your expertise will be crucial in developing strong instincts and practical solutions for manager and leadership enablement, drawing on your experience of what truly works in fast-paced settings.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience designing and running People Programs end-to-end — talent management, enablement, compensation, or engagement — in a high-growth environment.
- • Hands-on builder: comfortable going from blank page to shipped program without a large team beneath you.
- • Strong instincts on manager and lead enablement; has seen what works and what doesn't, and builds accordingly.
- • Experience in compensation design and benchmarking, including navigating complex, fast-shifting markets.
- • Operates globally; comfortable working across time zones and geographies.
