- • Lead and grow a high-impact sales team in the North Atlantic region (PA, NJ, DE) to drive adoption of BillionToOne’s groundbreaking prenatal diagnostic tests, directly contributing to improved maternal and fetal health outcomes.
- • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies, recruit and coach top-performing sales representatives, and build strong relationships with OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors to expand market share and increase profitability.

- • Develop leadership and strategic sales expertise while influencing how cutting-edge prenatal tests are communicated to clinicians and patients, and contribute to product evolution based on real-world market feedback.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 4+ years of direct sales management experience in Women’s Health, Prenatal Diagnostics, or Reproductive Health, specifically selling to OBGYNs, MFMs, or Genetic Counselors in the North Atlantic region.
- • Proven track record of hiring, training, coaching, and motivating sales teams to exceed ambitious goals, with demonstrated success in award-winning performance (e.g., President’s Club, Chairman’s Club).
- • Strong data analysis skills to inform sales strategy, identify trends, assess competition, and optimize territory performance.
- • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with ability to effectively engage both internal stakeholders and external healthcare clients.
- • Ability to assess client needs, manage logistics, and solve problems through consultative selling, with a results-oriented, urgent mindset focused on closing business.
- • Strong desire to thrive in a startup environment and build a new territory and team from the ground up.
