- • Are you a meticulous and tech-savvy professional with a passion for optimizing HR operations through data and technology? Cision is seeking a dedicated People Systems Analyst to join our global team and play a pivotal role in refining our HR technology ecosystem. This remote position, based in Bulgaria, requires availability during US business hours (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Bulgaria local time), aligning with our North American teams to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
- • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity, scalability, and efficiency of our HR systems. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Global People Operations and the wider People Team, leveraging your expertise to manage and enhance our suite of HR platforms. Your responsibilities will span system administration, data quality assurance, integration support, and process optimization, directly impacting how we manage our most valuable asset: our people.
- • **System Administration & Configuration:**
- • Take ownership of the day-to-day configuration of our core HR systems. This includes managing fields, designing and implementing workflows, defining roles and permissions, setting up automations, and structuring reporting capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
- • Act as a first point of contact for troubleshooting system issues. You will diagnose problems, escalate complex challenges to vendors when necessary, and collaborate effectively to implement fixes and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
- • Contribute to the smooth running of system updates and upgrades. This involves participating in testing cycles, managing release processes, and ensuring that new functionalities are deployed effectively and without compromising existing operations.
- • **People Data, Reporting & Analytics:**
- • Champion data integrity across all HR systems. You will implement and maintain robust data quality standards through regular audits, data cleansing initiatives, and proactive governance practices, ensuring our people data is accurate and reliable.
- • Provide essential support to the People Analytics team by ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of system data. This data forms the foundation for critical dashboards and strategic analyses that inform business decisions.
- • Develop and generate ad hoc reports as required by various stakeholders. This involves extracting, manipulating, and presenting data from diverse HR systems to answer specific business questions and support immediate needs.
- • **Integrations & Automation:**
- • Support the seamless integration of HR systems with other critical business platforms, including payroll, finance, IT systems, and various third-party applications. This ensures a unified flow of information across the organization.
- • Assist in managing and troubleshooting API-based data flows. Your technical acumen will be crucial in identifying and resolving issues related to data exchange between systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual processes and workflows. By streamlining repetitive tasks, you will significantly reduce manual data entry, minimize errors, and enhance overall data quality and operational efficiency.
- • **Process Optimization:**
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with the People Team, Payroll, and IT departments to identify and implement improvements in processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Your insights will help create more efficient and user-friendly HR processes.
- • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HR systems and processes. This includes creating and updating knowledge articles, user guides, and training materials to empower HR partners and end-users.
- • Provide essential system training to colleagues. You will help ensure that users understand how to effectively utilize HR systems and adhere to best practices, maximizing the value derived from our technology investments.
- • Play a key role in supporting new system implementations, feature rollouts, and ongoing enhancement projects, contributing to the continuous evolution of our HR technology stack.
- • **Stakeholder Support:**
- • Serve as a primary point of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for HR system-related inquiries and tickets. You will provide timely and effective solutions to user issues, ensuring a positive user experience.
- • Offer guidance and best practice recommendations to HR partners and end-users regarding system functionality, data entry, and reporting. Your expertise will help users leverage the systems to their full potential.
- • Actively participate in HR system roadmap discussions. You will contribute valuable insights based on your system experience and data analysis, helping to shape the future direction of our HR technology.
