📋 Description
- • As People Systems & Analytics Lead at Wrike, you will own the strategy, governance, and technical execution of the global People Systems ecosystem, ensuring systems like UKG operate as reliable, automated infrastructure across the full employee lifecycle.
- • You will lead one HR Systems & Analytics Analyst while staying hands-on in configuring UKG, redesigning lifecycle workflows, building integrations, automating processes, and improving data integrity and reporting for HR, Finance, and leadership.
- • You will partner with global stakeholders across time zones, reporting to the HR Operations Leader, and serve as a core partner to HRBP, IT, Payroll, and finance teams to align systems with business needs.
- • You will drive modernization by building scalable reporting frameworks using Tableau and SQL, implementing AI and automation use cases, establishing data governance, and creating a strategic roadmap for sustainable, secure, and efficient People systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience configuring and optimizing enterprise HRIS platforms, specifically UKG or similar systems, including workflow design, integrations, and governance.
- • Demonstrated ability to build reporting infrastructure and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, SQL, or BigQuery, with strong understanding of metric definitions and data reconciliation.
- • Experience implementing automation or AI-enabled workflows in operational environments, with awareness of both opportunities and risks in scalable system design.
- • Background in leading individuals or small teams while remaining technically hands-on, including coaching, reviewing work, and maintaining high standards.
- • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across global regions, compliance environments, and distributed teams.
