📋 Description
- • As People Systems & Analytics Lead at Wrike, you will own the strategy, governance, and technical execution of the global People Systems ecosystem, ensuring systems like UKG operate as reliable, automated infrastructure across the full employee lifecycle.
- • You will lead one HR Systems & Analytics Analyst while staying hands-on in configuring UKG, redesigning lifecycle workflows, building automation, and improving data integrity through integrations and reporting.
- • You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Payroll stakeholders across global time zones to align systems with business needs, drive standardization, and enable data-driven workforce planning.
- • You will modernize HR technology by introducing scalable reporting frameworks (using Tableau, SQL/BigQuery), implementing AI and automation use cases, establishing governance practices, and developing a strategic roadmap for long-term system sustainability.
