- ⢠As People Systems & Analytics Lead at Wrike, you will own the strategy, governance, and technical execution of the global People Systems ecosystem, ensuring systems like UKG operate as reliable, automated infrastructure across the full employee lifecycle.
- ⢠You will lead one HR Systems & Analytics Analyst while staying hands-on in configuring UKG, redesigning lifecycle workflows (recruiting to offboarding), building integrations, automating processes, and improving data integrity and reporting reliability for HR, Finance, and leadership.
- ⢠You will partner with global stakeholders across time zones, report to the HR Operations Leader, and act as a core partner to HRBP, IT, and Payroll teams to align systems with business growth and modernization goals.
- ⢠You will drive impact by transforming fragmented HR systems into a unified, scalable ecosystem through architectural rigor, data-driven decision-making, intelligent automation, and practical AI applications ā all while mentoring your team and maintaining high standards of service, documentation, and compliance.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Proven experience configuring and optimizing enterprise HRIS platforms, specifically UKG or similar systems, including deep understanding of integrations, workflow logic, and governance controls.
- ⢠Demonstrated ability to build reporting infrastructure and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, SQL, BigQuery, or comparable analytics platforms, with expertise in metric standardization and data reconciliation.
- ⢠Hands-on experience implementing automation or AI-enabled workflows in operational environments, with a strong grasp of both opportunities and risks in scalable system design.
- ⢠Experience leading individuals or small teams while remaining technically hands-on ā coaching, reviewing, and elevating team performance while contributing directly to execution.
- ⢠Proven ability to operate effectively across global regions, diverse compliance environments, and distributed teams, managing cross-functional partnerships and time zone complexities.
