📋 Description
- • As the People Systems & Analytics Lead at Wrike, you will own the strategy, governance, and technical execution of the global People Systems ecosystem, ensuring systems like UKG operate as reliable, automated infrastructure across the full employee lifecycle.
- • You will lead one HR Systems & Analytics Analyst while staying hands-on in configuring UKG, redesigning lifecycle workflows (recruiting to offboarding), building integrations, automating processes, and improving data integrity and reporting for HR, Finance, and leadership.
- • You will join a collaborative, innovative team at Wrike — a global work management platform — where you’ll partner with stakeholders across time zones to modernize People systems through architectural rigor, data-driven insights, and intelligent automation.
- • In this role, you will transform fragmented HR systems into a unified, scalable ecosystem, gain deep expertise in enterprise HRIS and analytics, develop leadership skills by mentoring a technician, and drive measurable impact through process automation, data standardization, and strategic roadmap execution.
