- • The People & Talent Coordinator at Rev, Inc. is a pivotal role that ensures operational excellence across Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, Performance Management, and People Operations, directly enabling the company to scale its people strategy while maintaining a high-quality candidate and employee experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- • This role serves as the operational backbone for recruiting and people functions, allowing the Head of Talent Acquisition & People Partner to focus on strategic initiatives by owning execution, improving systems, and influencing how Rev operates as a company through process optimization and cross-functional support.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning interview scheduling and coordination across candidates and interview panels; delivering a high-quality candidate experience through timely communications, prep materials, and follow-ups; maintaining ATS hygiene in Ashby with accurate stage tracking, notes, and data integrity; supporting offer coordination including documentation, approvals, and compensation details; and tracking candidates to maintain accurate pipeline reporting for Talent Acquisition.
- • In Internal Communications & Employee Engagement, the coordinator drafts and manages Rev Weekly Updates; supports company-wide All Hands content and logistics; manages Slack communications including announcements, reminders, and clarity posts; and packages leadership messaging into clear, structured, and engaging content to keep employees informed, connected, and aligned.
- • For Performance Management & Recognition, the role provides administrative support in Lattice for cycle setup, reminders, and tracking completion; supports Rev’s employee recognition programs such as Kudos, High 5s, All Stars, and awards logistics; and pulls and summarizes insights from employee surveys like the Rev Impact Survey to inform people strategies.
- • In People Operations & Systems Support, the coordinator coordinates onboarding (IT, logistics, Day 1 experience); maintains employee data hygiene across systems including Paylocity, Ashby, and Lattice; and coordinates contractor onboarding and tracking while working with PEO and Employer of Record partners such as Deel and FoxHire.
- • Under Projects & Special Initiatives, the role operates as a flexible partner by supporting the buildout and improvement of hiring processes; assisting with rollout of new tools and programs; contributing to employer branding efforts; and creating templates, playbooks, and internal documentation to scale People & Talent initiatives.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, HR, People Operations, or Program Coordination
- • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- • Strong written communication skills (critical for internal comms)
- • Systems-oriented mindset (comfortable with ATS, HRIS, Google Suite, and Slack)
- • Proactive and self-directed — you don’t wait to be told what to do
