  • Your core mission will involve developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and secure exceptional candidates who align with Provectus's values and technical requirements. This includes managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and extending offers. You will leverage various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and recruitment agencies, to build a robust talent pipeline.   • Beyond recruitment, you will be a trusted advisor and partner to our employees and managers on a wide range of HR matters. This includes providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures. You will contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives designed to enhance employee engagement, promote diversity and inclusion, and support professional growth. Your proactive approach will help us maintain a positive and productive work environment where every team member feels valued and empowered.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in a dual HR and Talent Acquisition role, or significant experience in both disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment within the technology sector.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
