Your responsibilities will span the entire employee lifecycle, from attracting and onboarding top-tier talent to fostering employee development, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with leadership to understand current and future talent needs, translating these into effective HR and TA strategies. - • Beyond recruitment, you will be a trusted advisor and partner to our employees and managers on a wide range of HR matters. You will contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives designed to enhance employee engagement, promote diversity and inclusion, and support professional growth. 🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a dual HR and Talent Acquisition role, or significant experience in both disciplines.
- • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment within the technology sector.
- • Familiarity with HR best practices, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
