- • As a People Technology Analyst II at Socure, you will serve as a senior Workday HCM owner, playing a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the identity trust infrastructure that verifies 100% of good identities in real time and stops fraud before it starts.
- • You will design, configure, test, and deploy changes to core HCM business processes such as Hire, Create Position, Move Worker, Change Job, Termination, Reorg, and data changes, while owning position management configuration to ensure headcount and organizational data remain clean and auditable.
- • You will join Socure’s HR Technology & Analytics team as a senior individual contributor, partnering with People Ops, People Partners, Total Rewards, TA, Payroll, Finance, and IT to translate business needs into scalable solutions across the People technology stack, including AI-powered tools and workflows.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Workday HCM, security, reporting, and integrations, while contributing to AI and automation initiatives that streamline HR workflows and improve employee and manager experiences, positioning you as a strategic People technology partner shaping the future of HR operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, including production configuration ownership
- • Deep experience in at least four of: Core HCM, Security, Reporting, or Workday business processes and configuration best practices
- • Proven track record leading end-to-end Workday initiatives from requirements through design, configuration, testing, and launch
- • Comfort working with complex HR data, resolving issues, and improving data quality
- • Familiarity with broader HR technology landscape including ATS, engagement, learning, or performance tools and interest in cross-system data integrity
- • Curiosity about AI and emerging HR tech, with eagerness to explore how LLMs, automation, and intelligent workflows can improve People operations
